Ms.ATTM.Anongnuch Thumpat, along with Mr.ATTM.Kitthisak Khlaeo Chansukh, lecturers in the Applied Thai Traditional Medicine Program, College of Allied Health Sciences, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Samut Songkhram Campus,

conducted a Thai Pharmacy Laboratory 1 for second-year Thai Traditional Medicine students on the topic of drug production based on traditional pharmaceutical principles in tablet and pill form. Students learned about the production process using traditional tools, various production techniques, and basic quality control.

provided second-year students in the Department of Applied Thai Traditional Medicine with a Medical Botany workshop on the preparation of dried plant specimens (herbarium). Students learned the steps involved in sample collection, drying, arrangement, labeling, and storage. These specimens will serve as reference materials and for comparison purposes for further verification and accurate plant identification.

On September 22, 2025,

Dr.ATTM.Narin Kakatum, Director of the Thai Traditional and Integrative Medicine Hospital, College of Allied Health Sciences, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Samut Songkhram Campus, welcomed Ms. Jiraporn Prom-in, Assistant Provincial Public Health Officer of Samut Prakan Province, and a delegation of 30 pharmacists, nurses, and Thai traditional medicine practitioners. The visit aimed to provide guidelines for knowledge development, innovation, and research, as well as guidelines for the signing of memorandums of understanding (MOUs) on cooperation in Thai traditional medicine and related fields. The event proceeded smoothly.
